基于规范激活理论的高校节能行为影响因素研究——来自上海高校的大样本调研与实证 被引量:1

Research on influencing factors of energy saving behavior in colleges and universities based on normative activation theory——large sample survey and demonstration from Shanghai universities

摘要 为了推动上海高校的节能管理,基于规范激活理论分析影响高校节能行为的因素,并构建理论模型,提出研究假设。采用问卷调查方法,对上海高校的用能主体发放调查问卷,运用SPSS 22.0进行实证研究后发现:后果认知、责任归结和自我效能3个变量与用能主体的节能行为存在显著的正相关关系;个人规范在后果认知与用能主体的节能行为之间存在完全中介作用;个人规范在责任归结与用能主体的节能行为之间存在部分中介作用;个人规范在自我效能与用能主体的节能行为之间存在部分中介作用;行为约束在用能主体的个人规范与节能行为之间存在显著的调节作用;社会约束在用能主体的个人规范与节能行为之间存在显著的调节作用。 In order to promote the energy conservation management in the colleges and universities in Shanghai, the present paper analyzes the factors influencing the energy-saving behaviors in the colleges and universities based on the normative activation theory, constructs a research model and puts forward research hypotheses. The present paper adopts the questionnaire survey method to issue questionnaires to the energy users in the colleges and universities in Shanghai. After the empirical research using SPSS 22.0, it is found that there is a significant positive correlation between the three variables of consequence cognition, responsibility attribution and self-efficacy and the energy-saving behaviors of the energy users. The personal regulation plays a full mediating role between the consequence cognition and the energy-saving behaviors of the energy users. Moreover, it plays a part of the mediating role between the responsibility and the energy-saving behaviors of the energy users. The personal norms play a part of the mediating role between the self-efficacy and the energy-saving behaviors of the energy users. The behavioral constraints have a significant regulating effect on the individual norms of the energy users and the energy-saving behaviors. The social constraints have a significant regulating effect on the individual norms of the energy users and the energy-saving behaviors.
