摘要 机组运行至今,由于多种原因,造成过多次RCW应急补水逻辑触发事件,导致生活水进入RCW系统影响RCW水质等情况。本文旨在通过对2011年冬季模式运行期间RCW热交换器模式切换,2011年一号机组大修期间,执行1-7134-PSV508标定安措以及早年的一些事件的回顾,从RCW温度,压力,装量等角度分析探讨下这些因素是如何触发RCW应急补水逻辑,以及相应的解决方案。 Because of the nuclear unit operation causing by a variety of reasons up to now the equipment operation, the emergency that makes up of RCW(Recirculated Cooling Water) triggers event leads life water to enter the RCW system and affects the RCW water quality, etc. This paper aims to analyze and explode how to trigger the RCW emergency logic repairing system under these factors, and the corresponding solutions, by RCW heat exchangers during winter mode switch and 1 unit overhaul in 2011, which performed a 1-7134-PSV508 calibration measure as well as the events of early review from RCW temperature, pressure, inventory and other aspects.
