摘要
布鲁氏菌病是由布鲁氏菌(Brucella)以及相同菌属所引起的一种人畜共患传染病。由于疫苗免疫对保护高危职业人群具有重要意义,建立了包含人群疫苗接种的羊人耦合布鲁氏菌病传播动力学模型。计算得到了基本再生数R0,证明了当R0≤1时模型有唯一全局渐近稳定的无病平衡点,当R0>1时模型有唯一全局渐近稳定性的地方病平衡点。最后结合实际参数,对防控措施进行了数值仿真。
Brucellosis is a zoonotic infectious disease caused by Brucella and the same genus.It is of great significance to protect the high risk human by immunization.In this paper,a transmission dynamic model was formulated between sheep and human,with human immunization in consideration.The basic reproduction number R0 was obtained;it was proved that when R0≤1 the model existed a unique disease-free equilibrium,which was globally asymptotically sta-ble;and when R0>1 the model existed a unique endemic equilibrium,which was also globally asymptotically stable.Finally,control strategies were analyzed by numerical simulations.
