摘要 为实现教学电梯的超重检测以及与主机的PLC通信,设计了一款基于STC15W104单片机的教学电梯超重检测系统,该系统硬件部分主要包括单片机最小系统电路、HX711AD重量检测电路、LM358运算放大比较电路、LM7812V与AMS1117-5.0电源转换电路,并对软件部分进行了设计与编程。电路仿真与实物测试结果表明,该检测系统具有性价比高、接口简单、稳定高效、称重准确、响应快的特点,实用性强。 To realize the PLC communication between overweight detection system of the teaching elevator and the host computer, an overweight detection system is designed based on STC15 W104 Single Chip Microcomputer, which includes HX711 AD minimum electrical circuit system, weight detection circuit HX711 AD, LM358 operational amplification comparison circuit, power conversion circuit with LM7812 V and AMS1117-5.0. The design and programming of the soft part are done. The circuit simulation and physical testing have proved that this system has such characteristics as cost effectiveness, simple interface, accurate weighing, fast response and strong practicality.
