摘要
以西安地铁9号线香-纺区间先盾构隧道后矿山法横通道风井施工为例,为工程控制地表沉降和侧向变形提出合理的加固范围。通过数值分析方法,建立二维有限元模型研究地下横通道注浆加固范围对具体工程地表沉降和侧向变形的影响。结果表明:随着加固范围的增加,地表变形和侧向变形均得到明显的限制。加固范围超过2 m后,随着加固范围的持续增大,虽然可以继续减少地面沉降,但加固效果逐渐减弱;但对于通道侧向变形,加固2 m,并没有起到关键作用,随着加固范围的增加,侧向变形的减小非常显著;结合具体工程实际,最终确定工程暗挖通道加固范围为3 m。
By taking the air shaft construction of tunnel first then well method in Xiang-Fang section of the Xi’an Metro Line 9 as an example,a reasonable reinforcement range is proposed to control the surface settlement and lateral deformation.Through numerical analysis method,a two-dimensional finite element model is established to analyze the influence of grouting reinforcement range of cross tunnel of subway air shaft on surface settlement and lateral deformation of concrete engineering.The results show that:With the increase of reinforcement range,the surface deformation and lateral deformation are obviously limited.When the reinforcing area exceeds 2 m,with the continuous increase of the reinforcing area,although the ground subsidence can be reduced,the reinforcing effect gradually weakens.However,for the lateral deformation of the channel,the reinforcement of 2 m does not play a key role.With the increase of the reinforcement range,the reduction of lateral deformation is very significant.Considerring many practical reasons the reinforcement scope of the tunnel is finally determined to be 3 m.
