摘要
鲁南高铁临沂北站项目主站房整体为大跨度空间桁架体系,属复杂空间大跨结构。站房主体为型钢混凝土框架结构,屋面结构为双向钢桁架结构,基于站房钢结构分布面积大、构件数量多、构件规格大、单件重量重、施工工期紧等诸多特点,宜采用起重能力大、机动性好的行走式塔式起重机或履带吊来实施机械化吊装作业,同时为了满足钢构件吊装的效率和操作安全性等方面要求,着重介绍采用行走式塔式起重机作为候车层和屋盖钢结构吊装设备的施工工艺,为项目施工提供保障。
The main station house of linyi north railway project in southern Shandong province is a large-span space truss system as a whole, which is a complex large-span space structure. Station building main body for steel reinforced concrete frame structure,roof structure for two-way steel truss structure,based on the station building steel structure distribution area is large,number of components,component specifications,unit weight,tight construction many characteristics,such as the appropriate USES lifting capacity big,good mobility walking type tower crane or crawler crane to implement mechanization lifting job,at the same time in order to meet the lifting effciency and operation safety of steel members,such as demand,this paper focuses on using walking type tower crane as waiting layer and the construction technology of roof steel structure hoisting equipment,provide guarantee for the project construction.
