摘要
儿童慢性湿疹是儿科临床常见疾病和多发疾病,由于其瘙痒严重,皮损、反复发作等情况,给患儿及家属带来很大痛苦。黄甡教授运用自制皮肤湿疹膏治疗儿童慢性湿疹疗效显著,此文首先浅析儿童慢性湿疹的病因病机,儿童湿疹日久黄甡教授认为应从久则阴血耗伤,血虚生风生燥,肌肤失养进行辨证治疗。其次介绍了皮肤湿疹膏方的组成、功用、适应症并附验案予以分析。总结凡属于慢性湿疹的患儿,辨证符合血虚风燥病机均可使用皮肤湿疹膏治疗,而且临床疗效显著。
Chronic eczema in children is a common clinical disease and multiple diseases in pediatrics.Due to its severe itching,skin damage,repeated episodes,etc.,it brings great pain to children and their families.Professor HUANG Shen uses self-made skin eczema cream to treat chronic eczema in children.This article first analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic eczema in children.Professor HUANG Shen of children’s eczema is of the opinion that blood loss should be prolonged,blood deficiency,and dryness,skin loss.Dialectic treatment.Secondly,the composition,function and indications of skin eczema ointment were introduced,and the case was analyzed.Conclusion All children with chronic eczema can be treated with skin eczema cream,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
