卵巢癌肿瘤微环境研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 卵巢癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,在全世界妇科肿瘤中病死率居首位。由于早期缺乏明显症状,大多数患者确诊时已处于晚期,预后效果较差。肿瘤微环境包括基质细胞、细胞外基质和外泌体成分,具有低氧、间质高压、炎症反应性等特点,与肿瘤的成长、转移及耐药等密切相关。本综述主要总结了卵巢癌微环境的主要组成成分以及相关的研究进展,以期进一步认识卵巢癌的发生发展机制。
