摘要
为了提高引进优良西门塔尔牛的利用率,迅速扩大西门塔尔母牛种群和繁育数量,本试验对西门塔尔牛X性控冻精和常规冻精生产体内胚胎进行了比较。应用CIDR和加拿大生产的FSH对162只西门塔尔牛进行超数排卵,其中采用性控冻精配种供体牛102头,平均可用胚胎数5.64枚;采用常规冻精配种供体牛60头,平均可用胚为5.78枚,结果显示西门塔尔牛性控冻精的受精情况与常规冻精差异不显著(P>0.05),可以大力推广性控冻精生产体内胚胎,显著提高西门塔尔牛养殖的经济效益。
In order to improve the utilization rate of the introduced Simmental cattle,rapidly expand the population and breeding number of Simmental cows,a comparison was carried out on production of embryos in vivo between sex-controlled x-sperm and conventional frozen sperm.Using CIDR and FSH produced in Canada,162 Simmental cattle were subjected to superovulation.Among them,102 cows were fertilized through sex-controlled x-sperm,other 60 cows were fertilized through conventional frozen sperm,and the average numbers of available embryos between the two fertilization methods were 5.64 and 5.78,respectively,showing that the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Therefore,using frozen sex-controlled x-sperm to produce embryos in vivo could be promote vigorously,which could obviously enhance the economic benefits of raising Simmental cattle.
