摘要
目的研究经尿道前列腺电切术后前尿道狭窄的相关因素。方法选取2017年6月~2018年8月沈阳市第一人民医院泌尿外科收治的100例经尿道前列腺电切术的患者作为研究对象,对其各项临床资料进行分析,并对其术后前尿道狭窄相关因素进行多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果患者在术前合并2型糖尿病、尿路感染、手术医师、手术时间、术中电切镜型号、术后尿路感染,术后尿道牵引时间、术后留置尿管时间方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,术前尿路感染、术中电切镜型号、术后尿路感染、术后尿道牵引时间、术后留置尿管时间是经尿道前列腺电切术后前尿道狭窄的相关因素(P<0.05)。结论影响经尿道前列腺电切术后前尿道狭窄发生的因素较多,如术前尿路感染、术中电切镜型号选择、术后尿路感染、术后尿道牵引时间、术后留置尿管时间。
Objective To study the related factors of anterior urethral stricture after transurethral resection of prostate.Methods From June 2017 to August 2018,100 patients with transurethral resection of the prostate were enrolled in the Department of Urology in Shenyang First People′s Hospital as the research objects.The clinical data were analyzed.Multivariate unconditional Logistic regression analysis was performed for stenosis-related factors.Results There were statistically significant differences in patients in preoperative complications of type 2 diabetes,urinary tract infection,surgeon,operation time,model of intraoperative resectoscope,postoperative urinary tract infection,postoperative urethral traction time and postoperative indwelling catheter time(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative urinary tract infection,model of intraoperative resectoscope,postoperative urinary tract infection,postoperative urethral traction time and postoperative indwelling catheter time were the related factors of anterior urethra stricture after transurethral resection of the prostate(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors affecting the occurrence of anterior urethral stricture after transurethral resection of the prostate,such as preoperative urinary tract infection,model of intraoperative resectoscope,postoperative urinary tract infection,postoperative urethral traction time,and postoperative indwelling catheter time.
