云南三七质量与土壤(N、P、K)的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过对云南三七主要种植区(文山、红河、曲靖、玉溪、普洱、保山)进行土壤和三七采样,并进行了土壤中N、P、K含量和三七皂苷R1、Rb1、Rg1、总皂苷含量检测。应用spss软件分析了土壤中N、P、K含量与三七皂苷R1、Rb1、Rg1、总皂苷含量之间的关系。结果表明:土壤中P、K含量与三七皂苷含量相关性显著,N含量与三七皂苷含量相关性不显著。再一次使用spss软件以三七皂苷含量S为因变量,分别以N、P、K为自变量,进行回归分析,表明皂苷总含量S与土壤P、K之间建立的方程具有显著性。 The contents of N, P and K in soil and notoginsenoside R1, Rb1, Rg1 andtotal saponins were studied by sampling soil and Panax notoginseng in the main planting areas of Yunnan Panax notoginseng(Wenshan, Honghe, Qujing, Yuxi, Pu’er, Baoshan). The relationship between the contents of N, P and K in soil and the contents of notoginsenoside R1, Rb1, Rg1 and total saponins was analyzed by SPSS software. The results showed that the content of P and K in soil was significantly correlated with the content of notoginsenoside. The correlation between N content and notoginsenoside content is not significant. The SPSS software was used again to determine the content of notoginsenoside S as the dependent variable, and N, P and K were used as independent variables respectively. The regression analysis showed that the equation established between total saponin content S and soil P and K was significant.
