摘要
简述了几种常见纤维的特点及染色原理,介绍了天然植物染料在常见纤维上的染色情况。对改善各种纤维染色性能的方法进行了介绍归纳,如优化染色工艺、采用媒染法、对天然染料或者纤维进行改性、采用一些特殊辅助方法进行染色等,从而提高天然染料的染色牢度、得色量浅等问题。此外,列举了天然植物染料染色后织物的一些特殊功能,提高产品的附加值,扩大天然染料的应用范围。最后展望了天然织物染料的发展前景。
Due to its greenness,safeness,non-toxicity,ecology and environmental protection,the application of natural vegetable dyes in textile dyeing has attracted much attention in recent years.In this paper,the characteristics and dyeing principle of several common fibers are described,and the dyeing situation of natural vegetable dyes on common fibers is introduced.The methods to improve the dyeing properties of various kinds of fibers are introduced and summarized,such as optimizing dyeing process,using mordant dyeing method,modifying natural dyes or fibers,using some special auxiliary dyeing methods,etc.In addition,some special functions of dyed fabrics with natural vegetable dyes are listed to increase the added value of the products and expand the application range of natural dyes.Finally,the development prospect of natural fabric dyes is prospected.
