摘要
以甲基硅油、含氢硅油、乙烯基硅油和白油为增塑剂,制备出系列建筑用硅酮密封胶,研究了增塑剂的用量、种类和复配对产品性能的影响。研究结果表明:增塑剂的较佳用量为40~60份;含氢硅油可显著增强密封胶的断裂伸长率,甲基硅油、乙烯基硅油提高拉伸强度效果较佳,而白油的综合性能较差;甲基硅油与含氢硅油复配可改善拉伸粘接强度,m(甲基硅油)∶m(含氢硅油)=3∶1复配使用时,硅酮密封胶综合性能较佳。
A series of silicone sealants for building were prepared by using methyl silicone oil,hydrogencontaining silicone oil,vinyl silicone oil and white oil as plasticizers.The effects of the amount,type and compounding proportion of plasticizers on the properties of the sealants were studied.The research results showed that the optimum amount of plasticizer was 40-60 phr.Hydrogen-containing silicone oil could significantly enhance the elongation at break of sealant.Methyl silicone oil and vinyl silicone oil could improve the tensile strength of sealant,while the sample with white oil had the poor comprehensive performance.The compounding use of methyl silicone oil and hydrogen-containing silicone oil could improve the tensile bonding strength of sealants.Whenm(methyl silicone oil)∶m(hydrogen-containing silicone oil)=3∶1,the silicone sealant had excellent comprehensive performance.
