基于互易性原理的车内噪声控制研究

摘要 针对传统噪声传递函数(NTF)计算流程存在效率低的问题,引入互易性原理,建立了逆向计算NTF的流程。将此流程应用于开发中的车型,得到NTF分析结果,经后处理通过板件振动分布、工作变形(ODS)、结构模态贡献等信息确定了噪声源位置,从而解决了诊断过程中计算量大的问题。实例表明,基于互易性原理的车内噪声控制方法能够有效提高识别并优化车内噪声问题的效率,证明了该方法的可行性与有效性。 Due to the low efficiency of the traditional NTF(Noise Transfer Function)calculation process,the principle of reciprocity is introduced to establish a reverse calculation process for NTF.The results of the NTF analysis are obtained by applying this process to the developed model,and then the post-processing is used to determine the position of the noise problem by information such as vibration distribution,ODS(Operational Deflection Shape),structural modal contribution,etc.This method solved the problem of excessive calculation in the problem diagnosis process.The case study shows that the interior noise control method based on the principle of reciprocity can effectively improve the efficiency of identifying and optimizing the problem of interior noise,and proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
