摘要
研究生是我国人才培养的高层次人才,对其职业发展能力的培养,能够为社会输送高质量复合型人才。面临日益严峻的就业形势,研究生职业发展能力的培养成为提升其就业水平和工作质量的重要方式,有重要现实意义。为此本文从研究生自身、导师层面、学校层面以及社会层面探讨了研究生职业发展能力培养的对策。
Postgraduates are the high-level personnel training in our country. The cultivation of their professional development ability can provide high-quality compound talents for the society. Faced with increasingly severe forms of employment, the cultivation of graduate students’ career development ability has become an important way to improve their employment level and quality of work, which has important practical significance. For this reason, this paper discusses the Countermeasures of cultivating graduate students’ vocational development ability from the aspects of graduate students themselves, tutors, schools and society.
