摘要
肠道黏膜存在着一个机体最大且复杂的黏膜免疫系统,作为机体免疫系统的重要组成部分,目前对其结构和功能都有比较深入的认识。随着以肠道菌群为主的肠道微生态研究不断增多,肠道菌群对肠道黏膜免疫,乃至与整个机体免疫的关系和相互作用也逐渐被广泛研究。在此基础上,关于中药通过菌群和肠道黏膜免疫系统发挥治疗作用的设想和研究的报道日益增多,传统中药汤剂是主要的用药形式,而汤剂中水溶性成分相对较多的情况与中药活性成分以极性较小的脂溶性成分为主形成明显反差。因此,肠道黏膜免疫系统很可能在中药发挥作用的过程中扮演着重要角色,值得关注。
The intestinal mucosa has the largest and complex mucosal immune system in the body.As an important part of the body′s immune system,its structure and function are well understood now.With the increasing study of intestinal microecology which focus on intestinal microflora,the relationship and interaction of intestinal microflora on intestinal mucosal immunity and even the immunity of whole body have been widely studied.On this basis,more and more assumptions and studies have been reported about the therapeutic effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) through the microflora and intestinal mucosal immune system.TCM decoctions are the main form of medication.However,there is a discrepancy between the fact that the water-soluble components in the decoctions are relatively large and the active ingredients of Chinese medicines are mainly fat-soluble components with less polarity.Therefore,the intestinal mucosal immune system is likely to play an important role in the effect of TCM,which deserves our attention.
