摘要
“双培”是党建工作的一项重要内容,采用专家访谈法、焦点小组讨论法等建立医院“双培”对象素质模型,并在实践中加以运用,为规范党员的发展、教育、管理、培养机制,提供新的思路和视角,也为行业内其他单位建立“双培”对象素质模型提供参考。
“Two-way cultivation”is an important part of the building work of the Communist Party of China.This study established the quality model of“two-way cultivation”of trainees in hospitals by expert interviews and focused group discussions and it was applied in practice.It provided new ideas and perspectives for standardizing the development,education,management and training mechanism of the CPC members,as well as reference for the establishment of“two-way cultivation”trainee quality model in other units.
