摘要
基于临床医学和基础医学相互渗透的理念,探讨编写和设计PBL案例的策略和意义。在器官系统课程整合教学改革背景下,以精心设计连环问题为线索,采用基础和临床等学科内容整合,渗透社会人文科学,编写PBL案例。案例内容源于真实临床病例,适当进行修改和完善。根据疾病发生、发展和转归,参照教学目标,设定问题,分阶段编写。通过问卷调查和学生课堂表现,评价教学效果,反复修改PBL案例内容。PBL案例书写质量是提高学习兴趣,培养好奇心的关键因素。在临床思维培养、提出问题能力和信息资源寻找和甄别以及团队合作能力培养等方面具有重要意义。基于基础、临床和社会人文等多学科编写PBL案例是PBL教学的关键环节,需要持续完善和探索。
To explore the strategy and significance of writing PBL teaching cases based on clinical and basic medical osmosis.A PBL teaching cases was adopted by the integration of basic and clinical subject content and infiltrate the social humanities,designed by a carefully serial problems,in the context of the reform of the integrated teaching of organ system curriculum.The contents of the case are derived from real clinical cases,then appropriate modification and refinement.The PBL teaching cases were written by setting the issues in different stages with reference to teaching objectives,according to the etiology,development and outcome of the disease.Revision of the PBL case content was repeated by evaluation of teaching effects through questionnaires and classroom performance of our students.The quality of the PBL cases are the key factor to improve learning interest and cultivate curiosity.It is of great significance in the cultivation of clinical thinking,question raising capacity,information resource search and screening capacity and team cooperation capability.Writing PBL cases based on basic clinical and social humanities is the key link during the PBL teaching reform,need for continuous improvement and exploration.
