摘要
目的探讨前列地尔在改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾功能中的临床应用效果。方法我院100例2017年1月至2018年2月慢性肾功能衰竭患者。随机分组,对照组治疗过程实施的是常规药物治疗,前列地尔组不仅给予常规药物,且同时增加前列地尔治疗。比较两组疾病疗效;血清尿素氮降低50%时间、肌酐降低50%时间;治疗前后患者血清尿素氮、血清白蛋白和肌酐;治疗副作用。结果前列地尔组疾病疗效、血清尿素氮降低50%时间、肌酐降低50%时间、血清尿素氮、血清白蛋白和肌酐相比较对照组更好,P<0.05。前列地尔组和对照组治疗副作用相似,P>0.05。结论常规药物联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能衰竭效果好,可有效改善病情,改善患者肾功能,缩短治疗时间,且安全性高,无明显治疗副作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of alprostadil in improving renal function in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods 100 patients with chronic renal failure from January 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital.Randomized,the control group was treated with conventional medication,and the alprostadil group was given not only conventional drugs but also alprostadil.The curative effect of the two groups was compared;serum urea nitrogen was reduced by 50%and creatinine was reduced by 50%;serum urea nitrogen,serum albumin and creatinine were treated before and after treatment;side effects were treated.Results The efficacy of the alprostadil group,serum urea nitrogen decreased by 50%,creatinine decreased by 50%,serum urea nitrogen,serum albumin and creatinine were better than the control group,P<0.05.The side effects of the alprostadil group and the control group were similar,P>0.05.Conclusion Conventional medicine combined with alprostadil has a good effect on chronic renal failure,which can effectively improve the condition,improve the renal function of patients,shorten the treatment time,and has high safety and no obvious side effects.
