摘要
目的研究双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者中临床护理路径的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月—2018年5月期间前来我院接受治疗的164例双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者,将其按照均衡分组法分为两组,参照组(n=82)、研究组(n=82)分别采用常规护理、临床护理路径,对比两组护理效果差异。结果研究组不良事件发生率2.44%低于参照组21.95%,护理后,研究组心理状态评分、神经状态评分低于参照组和护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者中临床护理路径的应用效果显著,可有效改善其负性心理及神经状态。
Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with bipolar disorder and depressive episode.Methods 164 patients with bipolar disorder and depressive episode who came to our hospital for treatment from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected and divided into a reference group and a research group with 82 cases in each group using the balanced grouping method.Routine nursing was used in the reference group,and clinical nursing intervention was used in the study group.The effects were observed after 2 months of nursing,including the occurrence of adverse events and the changes of anxiety score,depression score and mental state score before and after nursing.Results the incidence of adverse events in the study group was 2.44%lower than that in the control group(21.95%).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group and before nursing,and the scores of neurological status were higher than those in the control group and before nursing,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with bipolar disorder and depressive episode has a significant effect,which can effectively improve their negative psychological and neurological state,and has a high clinical promotion value.
