摘要
军休社会工作重点关注军队退休干部个人和家庭的生活适应问题。本文以军休需求为视角,通过对军休干部及军休工作干部的深度访谈和焦点小组收集资料。发现军休干部主要呈现出角色转换、社会参与和交往、居家照顾等需求,而从事服务的军休服务干部面临着专业性不足、压力过大等困局。为此,被调查单位采用考试为抓手、培训与激励相结合、制度设计创新等方式满足军休干部需求和专业化等。这些有益探索为后续军休工作具有较大启示意义。
It is very important to construct a social work workforce who can provide retired military cadres and their families with professional social work services.These kinds of services are related not only to the well-being of retired military cadres and to the implementation of policies supporting the military families but also to the national defense and security.Using qualitative methods,this study collected data through in-depth interviews and focus groups.From perspectives of institutions for military retirees and of retired military cadres,the study described both needs of administrative work with military retirees and of retired military cadres.It also revealed the contributions and significance of social work with military retirees which responded to the specific needs of retired military cadres and of administrative work with military retirees.
