摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜下卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术前使用亮丙瑞林的临床效果。方法:运用区组的随机数字表按照1∶1的比例将2018年1月-2019年1月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的76例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者进行分组,即为对照组、观察组,两组分别采用腹腔镜和腹腔镜手术前先使用亮丙瑞林微球进行治疗,评定两组患者的临床疗情况、卵巢储备功能及激素水平的情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组数据比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组卵巢体积低于对照组,AFC高于对照组,激素水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者而言,在腹腔镜手术前使用亮丙瑞林微球进行治疗,可以改善患者的卵巢储备功能和激素水平,值得推荐。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Leuprorelin used before laparoscopic removal of ovarian endometriosis cysts.Method:Using block random number table according to the proportion of 1∶1 from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital for treatment of 76 patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst were grouped,as control group and observation group,the two groups were selected for routine laparoscopic surgery and preoperative Leuprorelin Microspheres.Two groups of patients were evaluated by clinical therapy,ovarian reserve function and hormone levels.Result:The effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the ovarian volume of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and AFC was higher than that of the control group,hormone levels were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with ovarian endometriosis cysts,the use of Leuprorelin Microspheres before laparoscopic surgery can improve the ovarian reserve function and hormone level of patients,which is worthy of recommendation.
