摘要
目的:探究骨肽注射液治疗四肢骨折患者疼痛的效果及对患者骨代谢及炎性因子水平的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院骨科2018年2月-2019年1月治疗的78例四肢骨折患者为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组(n=39)和对照组(n=39)。对照组给予正常骨折部位解剖,复原骨位。研究组在对照组基础上增添骨肽注射液辅助治疗。对比两组患者治疗3、15、30 d时疼痛评分、BGP及TNF-α水平。结果:治疗3、15、30 d时,研究组疼痛评分和TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组,BGP水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:骨肽注射液对四肢骨折患者疼痛具有显著疗效,能提高骨代谢水平,降低炎性因子水平,值得推广使用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Ossotide Injection on pain in patients with limb fractures and its effect on bone metabolism and inflammatory factor levels.Method:A total of 78 patients with limb fractures treated in the orthopedics department of our hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the study group(n=39)and the control group(n=39).In the control group,normal fracture site was dissected and bone position was restored.The study group added the Ossotide Injection on the basis of the control group.The pain scores,BGP and TNF-αlevels were compared between the two groups at 3,15 and 30 days after treatment.Result:At 3,15,and 30 days after treatment,the pain scores and TNF-αlevel of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the BGP level was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ossotide Injection has a significant effect on the pain in patients with limb fractures,can improve bone metabolism level and reduce inflammatory factor level,and is worthy of popularization.
