摘要
为了提高烧结矿产质量,降低烧结消耗和缓解环保压力,某公司在烧结生产中应用喷吹高温蒸汽的空气加湿技术,向烧结料面喷吹高温蒸汽,可以有效改善烧结料层燃烧速率及烧结过程。生产实践表明:烧结矿成品率提高2%,转鼓指数提高1.39%~2.19%,燃耗降低4.58~5.05 kg/t,烧结烟气NOx含量降低17.73~47.98 mg/Nm^3,取得了提高烧结矿产质量、降低成本及污染物排放的良好效果,满足了高炉冶炼需求。
In order to improve sinter quality, reduce sintering consumption and alleviate environmental pressure, the air humidification technology by injecting high temperature steam has been applied in the sintering production in a company. The combustion rate and sintering process can be effectively improved by injecting high temperature steam into the sinter bed. Production practice shows that that the sinter yield increases by 2%, the drum index increases by 1.39%~2.19%, solid fuel consumption decreases by 4.58~5.05 kg/t, and the NO_x content of sintering waste gas decreases by 17.73~47.98 mg/Nm^3. Good results have been achieved in improving sinter quality, reducing cost and pollutant discharge. It meets the needs of blast furnace smelting.
