摘要
目的探究腹腔镜手术联合不同药物治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的效果。方法选取2016年1月—2018年12月收治的卵巢巧克力囊肿80例,均接受腹腔镜手术治疗,根据术后辅以不同药物分为A组和B组,各40例。A组采用丹莪妇康煎膏治疗,B组采用孕三烯酮治疗。1年后开展随访工作观察疗效。结果A组治疗总有效率92.50%,高于B组的72.50%;A组复发率2.50%,低于B组的22.50%;A组并发症发生率5.00%,低于B组的25.00%;两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组雌二醇、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后组间黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后A组雌二醇低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术联合不同药物治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿可取得不同效果,联合丹莪妇康煎膏治疗效果优于孕三烯酮,可减少复发风险,改善其雌二醇指标,具有较高临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with different drugs on ovarian chocolate cyst.Methods Eighty patients with ovarian chocolate cysts admitted to our hospital from January to February 2018 were enrolled in this study.All patients underwent laparoscopic surgery.They were divided into group A and group B according to different drugs,40 cases each.Group A was treated with Danqi Fukang Decoction and Group B was treated with gestrinone.Follow-up work was performed 1 year later to observe the effect.Results The total effective rate of group A was 92.50%,which was higher than 72.50%of group B.The recurrence rate of group A was 2.50%,which was lower than that of group B.22.50%.The complication rate of group A was 5.00%,which was lower than that of group B.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,estradiol,luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in the comparison of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone between the groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the estradiol in group A was lower than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with different drugs can achieve different effects on ovarian chocolate cysts,and Dane Fukang Decoction is superior to gestrinone in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cysts.It can reduce the risk of recurrence and improve the estradiol index,and has high clinical value.
