摘要
目的:分析河源市中医院中药注射剂不合理使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:通过本院HIS系统随机抽取2018年8个科室使用中药注射剂的出院病历1200份,对其适应症、遴选药物合适性、用法用量、使用疗程、联合用药、溶媒选择及重复用药进行回顾性点评并对典型病例进行分析。结果:我院1200份出院病历中,不合理使用中药注射剂的病历有274份,其中,不合理使用主要为适宜症不适宜(36.13%)、遴选药物不适宜(8.76%)、用法用量不合理(21.90%)、疗程不合理(12.41%)、溶媒不合理(20.8%)、联合用药不适宜(7.30%)、重复用药(1.82%)。结论:通过抽取中药注射剂医嘱分析发现,我院中药注射剂使用仍存在问题,应继续加强行政干预及中药临床药师的监督指导,确保临床用药的合理性与安全性。
Objective:To analyze the unrational use of traditional Chinese medicine injection in Heyuan hos-pital of traditional Chinese medicine,and to provide some reference for further standardizing the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections by clinicians.Methods:Randomly selected traditional Chin-ese medicine injections prescribed 1200 medical records from our hospital his system through 2018 years the eight Department of traditional Chinese medicine injections prescribed,which contained TCM injecti-ons were retrospectively commented in aspects of indications,Selection for drug suitability,usage and dos-age,use the course,drug combination,solvent selection and repeat medication,and analysis of typical case.Result:In the analysis of the1200 medicine orders,There were 274 cases of unreasonable use of TCM inj-ection,the irrational use was mainly inappropriate indications(36.13%)、nappropriate Selection of drug(8.76%)、inappropriate usage and dosage(21.9%)、inappropriate period of treatment(12.41%)、inappropriate solvent selection(20.8%)、inappropriate combination therapy(7.3%)and repeat medication(1.82%)。Conclusion:By analyzing the doctor's order of TCM injection,it is found that there are still s-ome problems in the process of using traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital.We should c-ontinue to strengthen the administrative intervention and Clinical pharmacists should further strengthen s-upervision and guidance so as to ensure the rationality and safety of clinical medication.
