摘要
目的分析中医药在恶性肿瘤综合治疗中的作用与意义。方法于该院2017年12月—2018年12月收治的恶性肿瘤患者中,随机选取72例作为样本,采用随机数字表法分组,对照组采用常规根治术+放化疗的方式给予治疗,观察组联合给予中医药扶正抑瘤汤加减治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后CD3(64.15±1.00)%、CD4(40.12±2.30)%、CD8(28.00±0.35)%、恶心呕吐率3.33%、腹泻腹胀率1.67%、躯体、心理、精神及社会生存质量分别为(23.15±0.51)分、(21.51±1.02)分、(20.30±1.00)分及(21.26±0.30)分。对照组治疗后CD3(58.45±2.13)%(t=6.441)、CD4(32.62±1.47)%(t=5.805)、CD8(23.10±1.59)%(t=5.194)、恶心呕吐率27.78%、腹泻腹胀率22.22%、骨髓抑制发生率8.33%(χ^2=11.120)、躯体、心理、精神及社会生存质量分别为(18.41±0.26)分(t=3.787)、(17.41±1.23)分(t=3.526)、(16.22±0.17)分(t=3.930)及(17.15±0.84)分(t=3.579)。两组数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将中医药应用到恶性肿瘤综合治疗中,能够有效提高患者的机体免疫力,减少不良反应,抑制病情进展,提高患者的生存质量,作用显著,应用意义值得肯定。
Objective To analyze the role and significance of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors.Methods In the hospital from December 2017 to December 2018,72 cases were randomly selected as samples.Random number table method was used to divide the patients into two groups.The control group was treated with routine radical operation plus radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The observation group was treated with Fuzheng Yiliu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,CD3(64.15±1.00)%,CD4(40.12±2.30)%,CD8(28.00±0.35)%,nausea and vomiting rate 3.33%,diarrhea abdominal rate 1.67%,physical,psychological,mental and social quality of life were(23.15±1.51)points,(21.51±1.02),(20.30±1.00)points and(21.26±0.30)points,respectively.In the control group,CD3 was(58.45±2.13)%(t=6.441)and CD4(32.62±1.47)%(t=5.805),CD8(23.10±1.59)%(t=5.194),nausea and vomiting rate 27.78%,diarrhea abdominal rate 22.22%,incidence of bone marrow suppression 8.33%(χ^2=11.120),physical,psychological,mental and social quality of life,(18.14±0.26)points(t=3.787),(17.41±1.23)points(t=3.526),(16.22±0.17)points(t=3.930)and(17.15±0.84)points(t=3.579).Two sets of numbers According to the comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM in the comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors can effectively improve the immunity of patients,reduce adverse reactions,inhibit the progress of the disease,and improve the quality of life of patients.The effect is remarkable,and the application significance is worthy of affirmation.
