摘要
目的:探究中医挂线疗法治疗高位肛周脓肿的效果及对肛门功能的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月笔者所在医院的60例高位肛周脓肿患者为研究对象,依据随机分配的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组进行切开引流术,观察组则进行中医挂线疗法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、复发率、创面愈合时间、治疗前后Wexner评分及肛门功能指标。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,创面愈合时间优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组Wexner评分及肛门功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组Wexner评分低于对照组,肛门功能指标优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医挂线疗法治疗高位肛周脓肿的效果较好,且对肛门功能的不良影响更小,临床应用价值更高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of TCM thread-drawing therapy in treatment of patients with high perianal abscess and influence for the anal function.Method:A total of 60 patients with high perianal abscess from January 2017 to December 2018 were chosen as the research object,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of random distribution,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with incision and drainage,the observation group was treated with TCM thread-drawing therapy.Then the clinical effect,recurrence rates,wound healing time,Wexner scores and anal function indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,the wound healing time was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Wexner score and anal function index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the Wexner score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the anal function index was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of TCM thread-drawing therapy in the treatment of patients with high perianal abscess is better,and its bad influence for the anal function is smaller,so it clinical application value is higher.
