摘要
思想政治教育微观环境主要包括家庭环境、学校环境、社会组织环境、社区环境和同辈群体环境等,其具有基础性和长久性、交互性、显性与隐性的统一、可创性的特点,对个体思想政治教育素质有直接影响,所以优化思想政治教育环境能更好地推进思想政治教育的工作。在优化思想政治教育微观环境过程中,要注重思维和措施,优化思维为措施提供思想指导,优化措施为微观环境建设提供具体方法。
The micro environment of ideological and political education mainly includes family environment,school environment,social organization environment,community environment and peer group environment.It has the characteristics of basic and long-term,interactive,explicit and implicit unity and creativity,and has a direct impact on the quality of individual ideological and political education.Therefore,optimizing the ideological and political education environment can better promote ideological and political education work.In the process of optimizing the micro environment of ideological and political education,we should pay attention to thinking and measures,which provide ideological guidance for measures and specific methods for micro environment construction.
