摘要
目的探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平片、马来酸依那普利叶酸片联合治疗H型高血压的临床效果。方法选择2017年6月—2019年6月就诊于该院的68例患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各34例。对照组口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片,试验组联合马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗。观察两组临床疗效、血压、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、治疗安全性。结果试验组治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的73.53%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.314,P<0.05);试验组收缩压、舒张压、Hcy水平分别为(125.18±2.32)mmHg、(78.11±3.19)mmHg、(10.15±3.57)μmol/L,低于对照组的(141.89±2.09)mmHg、(85.24±4.48)mmHg、(14.02±3.78)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=31.203、7.560、4.340,P<0.05);用药过程中两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论对H型高血压患者行苯磺酸氨氯地平片、马来酸依那普利叶酸片联合治疗效果显著,可有效降低血压及血清Hcy水平,安全性较高,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of amlodipine besylate tablets and enalapril maleate tablets in the treatment of type H hypertension.Methods A total of 68 patients who were admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,34 cases each.The control group was orally administered with amlodipine besylate tablets,and the test group was treated with enalapril folate.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure,serum homocysteine(Hcy),and treatment safety were observed.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.12%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.53%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.314,P<0.05).The systolic,diastolic,and Hcy levels of the experimental group were(125.18±2.32)mmHg,(78.11±3.19)mmHg,(10.15±3.57)μmol/L,lower than the control group(141.89±2.09)mmHg,(85.24±4.48)mmHg,(14.02±3.78)μmol/L,the difference is statistically significance(t=31.203,7.560,4.340,P<0.05);no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion The combination of amlodipine besylate and enalapril maleate is effective in the treatment of patients with type H hypertension.It can effectively lower blood pressure and serum Hcy level,and it is safe and worthy of application.
