摘要
通过对埋弧焊焊丝成分的优化设计及配套焊剂的渣系选择,合理控制熔敷金属合金元素和微量元素的含量,并严格限制杂质元素的含量,提高了材料的纯净度、均匀性。通过宏观测试、微观分析研制出适用于厚壁临氢设备、深坡口的埋弧焊材料,其特点是-30℃的冲击性能稳定、工艺性能优良、回火脆性低。
Optimal design of submerged arc welding wire and slag selection of matching flux were adopted,content of alloy elements and trace elements was reasonably controlled and content of impurity elements was strictly restricted,through which the purity and uniformity of welding material was increased.Through the macroscopic test and microanalysis,the submerged arc welding material suitable for large thick wall and deep groove of hydrogenation reactor was successfully developed.And welding material had characteristics of-30℃low temperature impact performance stability,excellent process performance and low brittle tendencies.
