摘要
文章尝试将国内一些主流媒体采用的“中央厨房”机制引入高校图书馆读者服务体系,探讨“中央厨房”机制下高校图书馆读者服务体系的组织机构设置、服务机制和激励制度的改革创新等问题,以期为高校图书馆改进读者服务工作提供参考。
This paper attempts to introduce the“central kitchen”mechanism adopted by some domestic mainstream media into the reader service system of university library.It further probes into the organizational setup of the reader service system of University Library under the“central kitchen”mechanism,the reform and innovation of the service mechanism and the incentive system to provide reference for the improvement of the reader service work of university library.
