摘要
面对企业严重的环境问题和全球经济竞争压力挑战,实现生态创新是解决这类问题的关键,因此产生了生态创新系统。本文以江苏省为例,将生态创新系统划分为四个子系统。根据四个子系统建立模糊综合评价模型,对江苏省生态创新系统健康程度进行评价,得出江苏省在2007至2017十年期间生态创新系统健康程度显著上升,进而分析和预测未来江苏省生态创新政策的发展方向。
Facing the serious environmental problems of enterprises and the challenge of global economic competition pressure,the realization of ecological innovation is the key to solving such problems,so an ecological innovation system has emerged.Taking Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper divides the ecological innovation system into four subsystems.Based on the four subsystems,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to evaluate the health of the ecological innovation system in Jiangsu Province,and it is concluded that the health of the ecological innovation system in Jiangsu Province has significantly increased during the ten years from 2007 to 2017,further analyzing and predicting the development direction of Jiangsu's ecological innovation policy in the future.
