摘要
采用真空热压烧结法制备SiC颗粒体积分数为25%、30%、35%的SiC_p/6061铝合金复合材料。利用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察复合材料的显微组织,检测复合材料的物理和力学性能。结果表明:随着SiC含量增多,复合材料致密度降低,SiC颗粒在基体中分布越来越不均匀;复合材料的抗拉强度受SiC含量影响成非线性关系先增加后降低的变化。铝合金基体与增强体之间的界面结合情况较好。
SiC_p/6061 aluminum alloy composites with volume fractions of SiC particles of 25%, 30% and 35% were prepared by vacuum hot press sintering. SEM and TEM were used to observe the microstructure of the composites and to detect their physical and mechanical properties. It is found that with the increase of SiC content, the density of composites decreases, and the distribution of SiC particles in the matrix becomes more and more uneven;the tensile strength of composites is affected by SiC content, and the nonlinear relationship first increases and then decreases. The interface between the aluminum alloy matrix and the reinforcement is well bonded.
