摘要
为避免带式输送机输送带发生跑偏或引起机架共振现象,影响带式输送机输送带正常摩擦传动,分析了输送带微元受力状况,建立带有黏性阻尼的输送带横向振动方程。基于Recurdyn仿真软件,建立带式输送机虚拟仿真模型。在不同的3个位置布置横向位移传感器,分析了带式输送机启动阶段与平稳运行阶段输送带橫向振动特性,研究输送带阻尼比对横向振动的影响,通过分形盒维数定量研究输送带横向振动的系统稳定性。结果表明:输送带阻尼比对带式输送机横向振动影响较大,适当调整输送带阻尼比,能够有效降低输送带横向振动程度,当阻尼比在0.4~0.6内时,输送带横向振动位移盒维数较低,带式输送机系统稳定性较好。
In order to avoid the deviation of the conveyor belt,the resonance of the conveyor frame and the destruction of the normal friction drive,the micro-element condition of the conveyor belt is analyzed,and the equation of transverse vibration of the conveyor belt with the viscous damping is worked out.By means of the Recurdyn simulation software,the virtual-simulation model of the belt conveyor is set up.The transverse displacement sensor is placed at three positions.The transverse vibration characteristics of the belt conveyor are explored when the conveyor starts or runs smoothly.The influence of the damping ratio on transverse vibration is explored;the system stability of transverse vibration of the conveyor belt is quantitatively studied based on the dimension of the fractal box.The results show that the damping ratio of the conveyor belt has great influence on the transverse vibration of the belt conveyor.The transverse vibration is reduced effectively by properly adjusting the damping ratio of the conveyor belt.When the damping ratio is between 0.4 and 0.6,the dimension of the transverse-vibration displacement box is lower,and the belt conveyor system is more stable.
