摘要
目的:探讨补肾调冲方治疗肾阳亏虚型不孕症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择医院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的肾阳亏虚型不孕症患者150例,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各75例,对照组采用常规枸橼酸氯米芬片、绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补肾调冲方治疗,两组均持续用药3个月并接受3个月随访。对比两组治疗后排卵率、妊娠率、激素水平、子宫内膜厚度、宫颈黏液评分、成熟卵泡直径、基础体温情况、中医证候改善情况及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后观察组患者的雌二醇(E2)水平、子宫内膜厚度、成熟卵泡直径及宫颈黏液评分(Insler评分)均高于对照组(P<0.05),排卵率、妊娠率、总有效率、双相体温恢复率均高于对照组(P<0.05),血清睾酮(T)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、尿黄体生成素(LH)、FSH/LH值及不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肾阳亏虚型不孕症采用补肾调冲方进行治疗,可通过调节下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴功能改善内分泌,提高妊娠率,疗效显著且不良反应少。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Bushen Tiaochong Recipe in the treatment of infertility of kidney-Yang deficiency type.Methods:Totally 150 cases of patients with infertility of kidney-Yang deficiency type in the hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.Control group was given routine clomifene citrate tablets and chorionic gonadotropin,and observation group was additionally given Bushen Tiaochong Recipe on the basis of control group,and the two groups were continuously treated for 3 months and given 3-month follow-up.The ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,hormone level,endometrial thickness,cervical mucus score,mature follicle diameter,basal body temperature,TCM syndrome improvement and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:The estradiol(E2)level,endometrial thickness,mature follicle diameter and cervical mucus score(Insler score)in observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)and the ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,total effective rate and the recovery rate of biphasic body temperature were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the serum testosterone(T),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),urinary luteinizing hormone(LH),FSH/LH and incidence rate of adverse reactions were obviously lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Bushen Tiaochong Recipe for patients with infertility of kidney-Yang deficiency type can improve endocrine function and enhance the pregnancy rate by regulating hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis functionand it has remarkable efficacy and little adverse reactions.
