高端装备制造企业向智能制造转型过程研究——基于数字化赋能视角 被引量:58

Research on the Transformation Process of High-end Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises to Intelligent Manufacturing:Based on Digital Empowerment Perspective

摘要 智能制造是全球制造业的发展趋势,也是“中国制造2025”的主攻方向。本文基于数字化赋能视角,通过对“金风科技”和“陕鼓动力”的纵向双案例研究,探究高端装备制造企业智能化转型的动态演进过程。研究发现:高端装备制造企业向智能制造转型过程中,经历了数据存储、数据分析、数据融合三个阶段的演进过程。高端装备制造企业的差异化产品研发流程经历了产品生产销售、产品和服务整体解决方案,再到智能化整体解决方案的转变。数据采集分析能力、生产过程数字化能力、运营方式平台化能力是影响高端装备制造企业转型升级的数字化层面主要因素,且三种因素的演化推动了高端装备制造企业智能化转型从数据存储阶段到数据融合阶段的演进过程。研究成果丰富了高端装备制造企业智能化转型的基础理论,为推动高端装备制造企业智能化转型提供理论依据。 Intelligent manufacturing is the development trend of global manufacturing industry,and it is also the main direction of“Made in China 2025”.Based on the digital empowerment perspective,this paper explores the intelligent transformation mechanism of high-end equipment m anufacturing enterprises.The research finds that high-end equipm ent m anufacturing enterprises have experienced the evolution process of data storage,data analysis and data fusion in the process of transforming to intelligent manufacturing.The differentiated product development process of high-end equipment manufacturing companies has gone through the transformation of product production and sales,product and service solutions,and intelligent total solutions.The data acquisition and analysis capabilities,the digitalization capability of the production process,the platformization capability of the operation mode are the main factors affecting the transformation and upgrading of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.The evolution of the three factors has promoted the intelligent transformation of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises from the data storage stage to the data.The evolution of the integration phase.The research results enrich the basic theory of intelligent transformation of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises,and provide theoretical basis for promoting the intelligent transformation of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.
