高职视觉传达设计专业校企合作人才培养模式实施路径研究 被引量:3

Research on the Path of Implementation of College-enterprise Cooperation Talent Cultivation Mode for Higher Vocational Visual Communication Design Specialty

摘要 加强校企深度合作是提高学校人才培养与企业要求无缝对接的有效方式。高职院校视觉传达设计专业培养的是能适应区域性文化事业与文化产业发展需求的、一专多能的应用型设计人才,目前存在合作模式传统陈旧、产教脱节严重、人才培养质量评价不全面等诸多诟病。高职院校应深化校企合作,与产业深度融合,通过搭建人才培养共享平台、创新专业教学模式、共同打造混编型双师教学团队、实施"四位一体"毕业设计创作新模式等途径,积极探索并实施"产教互动,协同育人"人才培养新模式,以培养出符合区域性文化事业与文化产业发展需求的高技能设计人才。 The integration of production and education can strengthen in-depth cooperation between colleges and enterprises,and it is an effective way to improve the seamless connection between college’s talent cultivation and enterprises’requirements.The specialty of higher vocational visual communication design aims to cultivate multi-skilled applied talents who can adapt to the needs of regional cultural undertakings and the development of cultural industries.Presently there exist some problems such as that the traditional cooperation mode is outdated,the production and education are severely disconnected,and the quality of talent cultivation is evaluated incompletely.Higher vocational colleges should deepen college-enterprise cooperation,enhance integration with the industry to actively explore and implement a new talent cultivation mode of"production-education interaction and collaborative education"through establishing a talent cultivation and sharing platform,innovating professional teaching mode,jointly creating a mixed dual-qualification teaching team,and implementing a new"four-in-one"mode for graduation design,with an aim to cultivate highly-skilled design talents who meet the needs of regional cultural undertakings and cultural industry development.
