摘要 为提高数控加工中心的运行可靠性,降低数控加工中心批量加工过程中因为刀具磨损而造成的残次品率,设计一套数控加工中心主轴负载健康监测系统.以机床主轴负载信号为研究对象,通过工控机与数控系统实时通信采集主轴负载数据,分别应用小波分析法和阈值法分析数据,对原始信号进行相关性分析和回归分析,构建负载阈值模型,确定判断标准.将建立的模型与现场加工情况进行比较,结果表明该模型可以准确监测数控加工中心加工异常状况. This paper aims to design a health monitoring system for spindle loads of CNC machining center for purpose of improving operation reliability and reducing defective product rate caused by tool wear during batch machining process of the CNC machining center.Load signals of the machine tool spindle are taken as a research object,and the spindle load data is collected by real-time communication between industrial computer and numerical control system.Wavelet analysis and threshold method are used to analyze the data respectively.According to the actual effect,the threshold method is finally selected.Correlation analysis and regression analysis are performed on the original signals,and a load threshold model is built to determine the judgment standard.Comparisons between the established model with the on-site machining situation show that the proposed model can accurately monitor the abnormal processing conditions of CNC machining centers.
