摘要
目的对比分析快速血糖仪与常规生化仪在进行临床血糖分析时检测准确度的差异。方法选取97例急诊患者作为研究对象,对患者进行常规生化仪的血糖检测,之后再使用快速血糖仪进行血糖检测,对比两种血糖检测设备的血糖检测结果。结果两种血糖检测设备的单次血糖检测结果基本一致,多次检测准确度没有明显差异,两种仪器的检测结果对比后未发现明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论使用快速血糖仪进行血糖检测的精准度不存在变化,而且快速血糖仪相比常规生化仪,其操作更加简单便捷,检测成本更低,检测效率更高,临床应用价值更显著。
Objective To compare the accuracy of rapid blood glucose analyzer and routine biochemical analyzer in clinical blood glucose analysis.Methods 97 emergency patients were selected as the research subjects.The patients were tested with routine biochemical instrument and rapid blood glucose instrument respectively,and the blood glucose test results of the two blood glucose detection devices were compared.Results The results of single blood glucose test of the two blood glucose testing equipments were basically the same,and there was no significant difference in the accuracy of multiple tests.No significant statistical difference was found between the outine biochemical instrument and rapid blood glucose instrument(P<0.05).Conclusion There is no change in the accuracy of blood glucose detection with the fast blood glucose meter.Compared with the conventional biochemical meter,the fast blood glucose meter is more simple and convenient in operation,lower in detection cost,higher in detection efficiency and more signi ficant in clinical application.
