摘要
利用一台ABB IRB1410型机器人、数控加工中心、数控车床等,组建了智能制造生产线,对上游机车车轮模型的几个零件在自动生产线上进行加工。其中,在数控铣床上加工车轮的中心孔、轮毂时,为提高加工精度和装夹快速稳定,设计了专用夹具,提高了定位精度,使得装卸快捷方便,并由机器人拿取工件,自动控制气缸夹紧、松开工件。在此生产线上,应用此专用夹具后,生产率、加工精度提高明显,社会经济效益良好。
This paper uses a ABB IRB1410 ROBOT AND CNC machining center,CNC lathes and other equipment,set up an intelligent manufacturing production line,several parts of the upper reaches locomotive wheel model are processed on the automatic production line,in which a special fixture is designed to improve the machining accuracy and clamp the wheel hub and the center hole on the NC Milling Machine The positioning precision is improved,the loading and unloading is quick and convenient,and the workpiece is taken by the robot,and the cylinder is clamped and loosened automatically.In this production line,the application of this special fixture,productivity,processing accuracy improved significantly,good economic and social benefits.
