摘要
目的:探究新生儿抚触护理对早期新生儿生长发育的影响。方法:选取2018年9月-2019年9月出生新生儿66例,随机分为两组,各33例。参照组实施常规护理;研究组在常规护理基础上给予新生儿抚触护理干预。比较两组新生儿6个月后智力与体格发育情况。结果:研究组6个月后认知能力、语言能力、精细动作、大动作、智力发育、个人社交评分、身高、体重、胸围等指标水平均显著优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对新生儿实施抚触护理干预,可有效促进智力与体格发育。
Objective:To explore the influence of touch nursing on the growth and development of early newborn.Methods:From September 2018 to September 2019,66 newborns were born,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given touch nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the intelligence and physical development of the two groups after 6 months.Results:In the study group,6 months later,cognitive ability,language ability,fine movement,big movement,intellectual development,personal social rating,height,weight,chest circumference and other indicators were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention of touch for early newborn can effectively promote the development of intelligence and physique.
