摘要
文章主要探讨德国高等教育体系中应用科技大学教育体系及模式,通过对德国应用科技大学创造性培养、教学模式和教学方法设计以及专业设置的分析,探讨其独特的发展背景和教育体系模式。德国应用科技大学以培养实用型人才为目标,以就业率为导向,为德国工业界源源不断地提供高级管理和高级技术人才,这种实用导向的高等教育方式可以作为我国高等工科教育的参考和借鉴,加强我国应用教育体系建设和创新研究,逐渐走出符合中国特色的应用教育之路。
This paper focusses on the education system and mode of the university of applied science and technology in the German higher education system.By analyzing the creative cultivation,design and application of the teaching methods,as well as the professional set-up,the paper discusses the unique teaching method design and its unique development background of the university of applied science and technology within the German education system.The system of German university of applied science and technology follows a practical approach.It is using the employment as the guidance and continuously provides senior management and senior technical personnel for the German industry.This practical guide way of higher education could be used as a reference by the Chinese higher engineering education system.It could drive the development of a new system of innovative research and which would help to gradually find a way to adapt education with Chinese characteristics.
