摘要
本文重点针对我国现代煤化工产业当中,煤制烯烃项目的开展进行了分析,通过对国内外先进的煤气化技术的应用进行了深度的分析和探索,以我国已建成的煤制烯烃项目作为研究对象,应用了不同煤气化技术对整个生产装置的规模、生产技术路线以及生产过程当中的经济性影响因素进行了研究。通过研究结果可以看出,针对本地区三高煤种(高硫、高灰、高灰熔点),煤炭资源在具有良好的成浆性能的状态下,使用水煤浆气化的生产方案相对比较合理。
This paper focuses on the analysis of the development of the coal-to-olefin project in China’s modern coal chemical industry.Through in-depth analysis and exploration of the application of advanced coal gasification technology at home and abroad,taking the completed coal-to-olefin project in China as the research object,different coal gasification technologies are applied to study the scale of the whole production plant,the production technology route and the economic influencing factors in the production process.The research results show that for the three high coals(high sulfur,high ash and high ash melting point)in this region,and under the condition of good slurrying performance of coal resources,the production scheme of gasification with water coal is relatively reasonable.
