摘要
通过研究铜管坯在轧制过程中轧制塑性变形区域温度场变化、金属塑性变形流动、轧辊金属疲劳趋势、轧辊辊型优化和轧制力点轨迹的研究,设计铜管坯三辊行星轧制冷却系统,运用新式可调水嘴喷水环冷却系统,跟踪轧制热变点轨迹强化轧辊温变区冷却效果,促使整个轧制过程冷却状态稳定和持续,随轧制区温度段和热摩擦点冷却需求的不同,通过可调水嘴喷水环孔径变化对应实现各轧制热点冷却流量的变化,最大限度的降低轧辊热变劳损和粗糙,从而大幅提升轧辊的使用寿命,降低了生产成本,改善轧管表面质量。
Through the study of temperature field change,metal plastic deformation flow,roll metal fatigue trend,roll profile optimization and rolling force point trajectory of copper tube blank in rolling process,a three-roll planetary rolling cooling system for copper tube blank is designed,and a new adjustable nozzle water spray ring cooling system is used to track rolling heat.Variable-point trajectory enhances the cooling effect of roll in temperature-varying zone,and promotes the stability and continuity of the cooling state in the whole rolling process.With the different cooling requirements of temperature zone and hot friction point in rolling zone,the change of cooling flow rate of hot rolling points can be realized by adjustable nozzle spray ring aperture,and the thermal strain loss and roughness of rolls can be minimized.Roughness greatly improves the service life of rolls,reduces production costs and improves the surface quality of rolled tubes.
