摘要
目前我国地质调查工作面临难以适应经济社会发展对资源能源需求结构的变化、区域地质工作发展不平衡等问题,在中国区域经济发展呈加速分化趋势下,区域地质调查工作亟待转型发展。文章深入分析了2013—2017年全国和31个省(区、市)社会经济的发展变化趋势与格局,在对2025年社会经济发展水平预测的基础上,分析经济社会发展对地质调查工作需求的变化趋势。结合各省(区、市)在全国的战略定位,以及新常态下全国地质调查工作的要求,文章提出了各省(区、市)地质调查工作的重点领域和转型方向,为“十四五”时期全国地质调查部署提供依据。
At present,China's geological survey work is faced with the problems such as it is difficult to adapt to the change of the demand structure of resources and energy for social and economic development,and the development of regional geological work is imbalanced.Under the trend of accelerated differentiation of China's regional economic development,the regional geological survey work is in urgent need of transformation and development.The paper makes an in-depth analysis of the trends and patterns of social and economic development in the country and 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)from 2013 to 2017.Based on the prediction of social and economic development level in 2025,the paper analyzes the changing trend of social and economic development to geological survey work demand.According to the strategic positioning of each province(autonomous regions and municipalities)in the whole country and the requirements of the national geological survey work under the new normal,the paper puts forward the key areas and transformation direction of the geological survey work of each province(autonomous regions and municipalities),and provides the basis for the national geological survey deployment during the"14th five-year plan"period.
