床旁纤维支气管镜辅助吸痰对重症下呼吸道感染患者肺部通气功能及血清炎症介质水平的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨床旁纤维支气管镜辅助吸痰对重症下呼吸道感染患者肺部通气功能及血清炎症介质水平的影响。方法选取2016年5月至2018年5月医院收治的重症下呼吸道感染患者80例,按照随机抽样的方法将其分为试验组(40例,采用常规治疗联合床旁纤维支气管镜辅助吸痰治疗)与对照组(40例,仅采用常规治疗),比较两组每分钟通气量及C反应蛋白水平。结果治疗前两组每分钟通气量及C反应蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组C反应蛋白水平均有一定下降,但尚存有炎症反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组每分钟通气量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用床旁纤维支气管镜辅助吸痰治疗重症下呼吸道感染患者,可改善患者的肺通气功能,一定程度上缓解炎症反应。 Objective To probe into the influence of bedside fiberoptic bronchoscopy assisted sputum aspiration for pulmonary ventilation function and serum inflammatory factors in patients with severe lower respiratory tract infection.Methods80 cases of patients with severe lower respiratory tract infections and who treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected,and the patients were divided into experimental group(40 cases were treated with conventional treatment combined with bedside bronchoscope assisted sputum suction)and control group(40 cases were only treated with conventional treatment)according to the random sampling methods.Then,the ventilation volume per minute and C-reactive protein level were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in ventilation volume per minute and C-reactive protein level before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05)After treatment,the level of C-reactive protein were decreased,but t there were still inflammatory reactions,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05);After treatment,the ventilation volume per minute in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe bedside fiberoptic bronchoscopy assisted sputum aspiration in the treatment of severe lower respiratory tract infections which can improve the minute lung ventilation and can alleviate the inflammatory reaction.
