摘要 类胡萝卜素可以增强动物免疫力、提高产品质量,在动物养殖中应用越来越广泛。微生物是天然类胡萝卜素的主要来源。文章对微生物源天然类胡萝卜素的研究现状进行了综述,同时提出了未来的发展方向,为产率高、经济可行的微生物法制备类胡萝卜素提供基础。 Carotenoids have been receiving increasing attention in animal feeding due to enhance ani⁃mal immunity and product quality.Microorganism is recognized as a natural source of carotenoids.This review presents the recent biotechnological developments in microbial carotenoid production and some possible future directions,which could provide reference and basis for the research and development of high yield and economically fea⁃sible production of microbial carotenoids.
