摘要
目的探讨护理质量敏感指标评价及持续改进对提高护理质量的影响。方法 2017年3月至2018年3月抽取我院3个普通病区118例患者作为对照组,对护理质量应用柏拉图分析法进行动态分析,确定影响因素和拟定改进措施;将2018年4月至2019年4月3个病区124例患者作为研究组,护理质量应用敏感指标进行评价。干预前后比较34名护理人员护理质量改善效果,以及护理不良事件、护理满意度情况。结果研究组护理服务综合满意度高于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组专业技能合格率、患者身份准确识别、应急预案完整率、高危风险评估与应对合格率、分级护理落实率较对照组高(P <0. 05);研究组护理意外事件、护理缺陷不良事件发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论应用护理质量敏感指标评价,可提供科学评价依据,对持续改进有参照和指导作用,有助于提高护理质量。
Objective To explore the effect of applying sensitive index evaluation of nursing quality and continuous improvement for improving nursing quality. Methods To select 118 cases of patients in 3 general wards of our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 as the control group. Platon analysis method was used to dynamically analyze the quality of nursing to determine the influencing factors and draw up improvement measures. Meanwhile We selected 124 cases of patients in another 3 wards from April 2018 to April 2019 as the study group to evaluated the effect by using sensitive index. Before and after the intervention,the improvement effects of nursing quality,nursing adverse events,and nursing satisfaction of 34 nursing staff were compared between the two groups. Results The comprehensive satisfaction of nursing service in the study group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05);the professional skill qualification rate,accurate identification of patients,completeness of emergency plans,high-risk risk assessment and response qualification rate,and implementation rate of graded nursing in the study group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05);the incidences of nursing accidents and nursing defects were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of the sensitive index evaluation of nursing quality could provide a scientific evaluation basis,and it could provide reference and guidance for continuous improvement and help improve nursing quality.
