摘要
目的探讨门急诊发生医患纠纷的原因,为减少医患纠纷提供有效依据。方法选择2017年1-12月在我院发生医疗纠纷的患者80例及相应的医务工作者80名,对其进行问卷调查,分析造成医患纠纷的原因。结果医务人员认为医保制度不合理、就医环境差及患者治疗期望值过高是导致医疗纠纷的主要原因;患者认为就医流程不够简洁、医保制度不合理、医务人员态度差及就医环境差是导致医疗纠纷的主要原因。结论就医流程不够简洁、医患双方信息不对称、医务人员态度差、患者治疗期望值过高是导致医患纠纷发生的主要原因。制订应对具体方案以提高患者就医满意度,减少医患纠纷的发生。
Objective To explore the causes of doctor-patient disputes in outpatient emergency treatment,and provide an effective basis for reducing doctor-patient disputes. Methods We selected 80 cases of patients with medical disputes in our hospital from January to December 2017 and 80 corresponding medical workers,and a questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the causes of doctor-patient disputes. Results Medical staff believed that the medical insurance system was unreasonable,the medical environment was poor,and the patients’ high expectations for treatment were the main causes of medical disputes. The patients considered that the medical treatment process was not concise,the medical insurance system was unreasonable,the medical staff ’s attitude was poor,and the medical environment was poor were the main causes of the medical dispute. Conclusion Insufficient medical procedures,asymmetry of information between doctors and patients,poor attitudes of medical staff,and high expectations of patients for treatment were the main causes of medical disputes between doctors and patients. So medical workers should formulate specific solutions to improve patient’s satisfaction and reduce the occurrence of doctor-patient disputes.
